Basic working conditions for companies inside/ outside Europe (worldwide):
Minimum order quantity is 500 Euros (there is no minimum order quantity for one item).
Shipment. For the deliveries inside/ outside European Union we use company TNT Economy Express. We have a contract with this company that guarantees fast delivery and good prices.
The price depends on the region and monthly fuel surcharge costs as well.
Contact us and we will inform you about the shipping costs and terms of delivery to your country.
International delivery typically takes 7-10 business days via TNT depending depends on country of delivery.
Also you can choose any other desired transport way or transport company.
Other details (Europe / worldwide):
Payment. We accept payments only by bank transfer. Basing on Moldavian laws, there is no possibility to pay by credit card or PayPal.
For the first orders we are working on pre-payment conditions.
Delivery terms. When we receive your order we will deal with it promptly. Most of the items are normally in stock, but if there is any delay we will write to you with an estimated delivery date.
Advertising. With every delivery we include some of our catalogues free of charge. You will just have to indicate how many catalogues you need and we will send them!
Please note the following on all orders shipping to addresses outside of Moldova:
1. It is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
2. All orders are subject to merchandise availability. No items will be back ordered. You will have to reorder them later.
